DoseBell
Support
Help with alarms, Care Pack, exports, encrypted backups, and local-data deletion.
Contact
Email hiren.thakore58@gmail.com. For your privacy, do not send medication names, diagnoses, label photos, exported histories, payment-card details, or backup passwords.
Missed or delayed reminder
DoseBell should not be the only safeguard for critical medication. Follow your clinician's instructions for the dose itself. In DoseBell, open Reliability and check Notifications, Alarms & reminders, Full-screen alarm, and the battery guidance. Useful non-medical diagnostics include the phone model, Android version, DoseBell version, scheduled time, fired time if shown, and a Reliability receipt with medication and profile names redacted.
Care Pack purchase or refund
Care Pack is a one-time Google Play purchase, not a subscription. Use Restore purchase while signed in to the Google Play account used at checkout. If access is still missing, provide the Google Play order number and purchase date to the support contact; never send payment-card details. Refund requests are handled through Google Play's tools and applicable law.
Delete local data
DoseBell has no account or server copy of medication data. To delete local data, use Android Settings > Apps > DoseBell > Storage & cache > Clear storage, or uninstall DoseBell. Delete exported CSV, PDF, and backup files separately from the location where you saved them.
Lost backup password
DoseBell cannot recover an encrypted-backup password. The password is not uploaded to or stored by DoseBell. If the original app data is still available, create a new backup with a new password.
